Trishna is deputed to National Law University Meghalaya. She holds an LLM from NLSIU, Bangalore (2023), with her dissertation titled “Locating Liability in the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Autonomous Vehicles: Analysis Liability Theories for an AI-Driven Technology" which focuses on AI and its liabilities, especially regarding automated vehicles, especially cars. She completed an LLM with specialization Business Laws from the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam in the year 2021. She is a graduate of NEF Law College, Gauhati University, where she specialized in Business Law. Previously, she worked as a Project Associate for Studio Nilima: Collaborative Network for Research and Capacity Building she worked both in the role of a researcher and as an advocate for providing e`ective and free legal services to persons in custody in correctional homes. Her legal research interests include AI and Liability Company Law, Criminology, IT Law, and International Trade and Traditional and Indigenous Law.
