She was part of 2024-26 Fellowship cohort. She contributed to the development of strategic proposals and capacity-building initiatives under Mission Karmayogi, including e-content development, iGOT platform onboarding, organizational management, learning pathway development, and monitoring of course completion and departmental performance. She prepared official correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials, maintained MDO and Nodal Officer databases, coordinated with government departments and stakeholders, and provided rapporteur and training support during workshops, orientation programmes, and official meetings. She also assisted in drafting the Meghalaya Decriminalization (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2025, through legal research, comparative analysis, review of existing laws, and preparation of draft amendments, explanatory notes, and Cabinet documents. Her responsibilities included coordinating departmental consultations, incorporating expert recommendations, supporting high-level meetings chaired by the Chief Secretary, assessing the administrative, financial, and social implications of proposed amendments, and maintaining official records, correspondence, and progress reports.
